Digimentor is an Erasmus+ adult education project focused on developing digital mentorship competencies for guidance staff mentoring migrant women. Key project objectives include promoting innovative mentorship practices, fostering cultural inclusivity, enhancing digital capacity, and advancing gender equality. The project involves creating an e-learning platform and a peer-learning portal, with extensive research and collaboration among partners. Workshops and training sessions are also organized to build skills and gather insights.
